My debut novel, Storm Grazer Rising, is the first book in The Lavonshia Chronicles, an epic fantasy series set in a world where ancient forces awaken, kingdoms fracture, and ordinary people are forced into extraordinary choices.
I’m drawn to stories that explore power, ambition, loyalty, and friendship — especially the ripple effects of a single choice made under pressure. I believe fantasy works best when the world feels lived-in, shaped by flawed characters, difficult decisions, and consequences that refuse to stay contained.
I'm a diehard UNC Tarheels fan, born and raised in NC, but most days I find myself traveling across the country full time with my wife Jessica, and our cat Toby, in our RV. I'm a big fan of National Parks, and often draw inspiration for my novels from mountain, forest, and desert vistas we explore.
